Alex Buys Vegas Houses buys houses for cash across the Las Vegas Valley and Boulder City. We buy as-is: no repairs, no cleaning and no agent commissions, and we cover standard closing costs. Whether you're facing foreclosure, a divorce, an inherited house, tenants, code violations or a house that needs work, we come out, look at the home and give you a straight cash offer. We're not agents. Locally owned in Henderson since 2017, and we answer calls and texts 24/7.
Customer's reviews
Cam and Greg on Alex’s team were life savers! I live in California and owned a house in Vegas and had it rented out, but under some unfortunate circumstances I needed to sell my Vegas house as soon as possible. Cam was my service agent and worked with me on a price we were both happy with. He made it so easy to get everything settled without me having to go to Vegas, and did it within a week! Greg was able to get me paid quickly and helped me handle the tenants. Both were really responsive and professional the whole way through. Highly recommend Alex and his team if you find that you need to sell your house under a time crunch!

We knew nothing about selling a fixer upper. The home was a family home for sure. Started with my grandparents, then mother, siblings etc. At first it was lovely, a pool, nice home, friends. then losing grandparents, hard time etc. the home fell in disarray. Myself the big sister stepped in and we decided to sell as a fixer upper. We liked Alex and staff very much. He offered the best price! They made it all very easy to move. After much prayer we decided to go with Alex and we are so thankful! Everything they promised, they did. We are now settled in a new location and praising God for Alex Buys LV Homes!
